Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
  • Slice each chicken breast in half to create four thinner pieces.
  • Pound the chicken with a meat mallet until even in thickness (about ½ inch thick).
  • Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Step 2: Set Up the Breading Station
  • In one bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • In a second bowl, place flour for dredging.
  • In a third bowl, mix grated Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Step 3: Bread the Chicken
  • Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip in egg mixture, coating completely.
  • Press into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even, thick coating.
  • Step 4: Cook the Chicken
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
