Ingredients
  

  • Crust Layer:
  • 1 package 14.3 oz Golden Oreos (or chocolate sandwich cookies)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • Cream Cheese Layer:
  • 1 block 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • Optional: 1–2 drops pastel food coloring pink, yellow, or lavender
  • Pudding Layer:
  • 2 packages 3.9 oz each instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Top Layer:
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • Decorations:
  • Mini chocolate eggs
  • Pastel sprinkles
  • Marshmallow Peeps
  • Shredded coconut dyed green optional
  • Bunny-shaped candies or chocolate bunnies

Instructions
 

  • Make the Crust:
  • Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or in a sealed bag with a rolling pin.
  • Mix crumbs with melted butter and press evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish. Refrigerate while preparing other layers.
  • Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in half of the whipped topping gently until fluffy.
  • Add food coloring if desired and spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
  • Make Pudding Layer:
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with Whipped Topping:
  • Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  • Decorate:
  • Sprinkle with mini eggs, sprinkles, Peeps, and any other festive candies.
  • Optional: Add green coconut “grass” or place a chocolate bunny in the center.
  • Chill:
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving for best results.
