These Easy and Cheesy Pizza Sliders are the perfect party snack, game-day appetizer, or quick family meal. Made with soft Hawaiian rolls, gooey mozzarella cheese, tangy pizza sauce, and your favorite toppings, they bake to golden, pull-apart perfection. Ingredients
  

  • Sliders:
  • ✔ 12-pack Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls
  • ✔ 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • ✔ 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ✔ ½ cup pepperoni slices or preferred toppings
  • ✔ ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ✔ ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ✔ ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Garlic Butter Topping:
  • ✔ 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ✔ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ✔ ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ✔ 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ✔ 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • 2️⃣ Slice & Layer
  • Keeping the Hawaiian rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
  • Add pepperoni slices (or chosen toppings).
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Add the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella on top.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • 3️⃣ Brush with Garlic Butter
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  • 4️⃣ Bake to Perfection
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes (to melt the cheese).
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  • 5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
  • Let the sliders cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing apart.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter dip.

Notes

Make-Ahead Option: Assemble the sliders and refrigerate them uncooked for up to 24 hours. Bake as directed when ready.
Reheating: Warm leftovers in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or in an air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freezing: Wrap baked sliders individually and freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
