  • 2 medium chicken breasts grilled or shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • For the Wrap:
  • 2 large flour tortillas or whole wheat for a healthier option
  • 1 cup lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup cucumbers sliced
  • ¼ cup red onions thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • For the Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing or tzatziki
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp honey optional for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, lemon juice, and honey. Set aside.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Wrap
  • Warm the tortilla in a dry skillet for 15-20 seconds to make it pliable.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and cheese.
  • Place sliced or shredded chicken on top.
  • Step 4: Wrap & Serve
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward.
  • Roll from the bottom up while keeping the ingredients tucked inside.
  • Cut in half and serve immediately with extra sauce or your favorite dip!
