Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Broccoli: Wash, dry, and cut into bite-sized florets.
  • Carrots: Peel and slice into thin rounds or sticks for even roasting.
  • Step 3: Season the Vegetables
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine:

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and any optional seasonings
  • Toss until evenly coated.
  • Step 4: Arrange on a Baking Sheet

Notes
