Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup milk whole, almond, oat, or any preferred
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 1½ cups ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add liquids to blender – Start with milk and water.
  • Add frozen orange juice concentrate – Scoop it right into the blender.
  • Add sugar and vanilla – Adjust sugar depending on your taste preference.
  • Top with ice – Add 1 to 1½ cups for desired thickness.
  • Blend until frothy – Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth, creamy, and slightly foamy on top.
  • Serve immediately – Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with an orange slice or mint if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and natural sweeteners like agave or maple syrup.
For extra creaminess, add half a frozen banana or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
Use fresh orange juice (frozen in cubes) if you don’t have concentrate.
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
