  • ✔️ ¾ cup warm water 110°F
  • ✔️ 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • For the Toppings:

  • ✔️ ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ✔️ 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • ✔️ ½ green bell pepper thinly sliced

  • For the Cheese & Sauce:
  • ✔️ ½ cup white sauce Alfredo or garlic butter sauce
  • ✔️ 1 ½ cups shredded cheese provolone, mozzarella, or white American cheese
  • ✔️ ¼ cup Cheez Whiz optional, for extra Philly flavor

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Dough (Skip if Using Pre-Made Dough)
  • 1️⃣ In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
  • 2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
  • 3️⃣ Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes, then cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Step 2: Cook the Steak and Vegetables
  • 4️⃣ Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 5️⃣ Add the thinly sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
  • 6️⃣ In the same pan, sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until soft and slightly caramelized (about 5 minutes).
  • Step 3: Assemble the Pizza
  • 7️⃣ Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  • 8️⃣ Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • 9️⃣ Spread Alfredo sauce or garlic butter sauce evenly over the dough.
  • 🔟 Sprinkle half of the cheese over the sauce.
  • 1️⃣1️⃣ Add the cooked steak, onions, and peppers, then top with the remaining cheese.
  • Step 4: Bake the Pizza
  • 1️⃣2️⃣ Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
  • 1️⃣3️⃣ Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  • 1️⃣4️⃣ (Optional) Drizzle Cheez Whiz over the pizza before serving for extra Philly flavor.
  • Step 5: Slice & Serve
  • 1️⃣5️⃣ Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

💡 Use a very sharp knife to slice the steak paper-thin. Freezing it for 20 minutes before cutting makes this easier.
💡 If you prefer a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
💡 For an authentic Philly flavor, use Cheez Whiz instead of provolone or mix both.
