Instructions

  • Prepare the base:

  • Mix in powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Fold in mix-ins:
  • Stir in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and mini chocolate chips.
  • Shape and chill:
  • Place the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Form it into a ball, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight).

  • Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in a mixture of Reese’s Pieces, chocolate chips, and extra chopped Reese’s.
  • Serve:
  • Place on a serving plate surrounded by your choice of dippers like graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving for the best texture.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Natural peanut butter is not recommended as it may cause the cheese ball to be too soft.
You can make this up to 3 days in advance (just add toppings before serving).
