Instructions

  • 3️⃣ Add breadcrumbs, egg, mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and diced onion.
  • 4️⃣ Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Step 2: Shape the Patties
  • 1️⃣ Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form them into round patties, about ½ inch thick.
  • 2️⃣ Place the patties on a plate and chill them in the fridge for 15 minutes (this helps them hold together while cooking).
  • Step 3: Cook the Salmon Patties

  • 1️⃣ Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
